NOW HIRING: Automotive Finance Manager at Performance Nissan!
Key Responsibilities:
Structure car deals to achieve target finance gross and product penetration goals
Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and manufacturer finance arms
Present finance products to customers including extended service contracts, GAP, and more
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and customers
Support the sales team in closing deals and enhancing customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership (REQUIRED)
Proven track record in product sales and finance gross performance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of finance programs, legal compliance, and dealership software (CDK experience preferred)
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Strong customer base and high-volume dealership
