Job Overview
Schneider is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Green Bay to ensure consistent processes are followed to enable operational excellence. The Business Process Analyst will create and implement new and revised processes to help associates meet their objectives.

Schneider is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Green Bay to ensure consistent processes are followed to enable operational excellence. The Business Process Analyst will create and implement new and revised processes to help associates meet their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Use a continuous improvement methodology to recommend process changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document new processes to ensure clarity.
- Create a process inspection methodology.
- Conduct process audits, summarize findings and provide feedback to leaders.
- Complete systems and process testing.
- Trial new technology solutions before they are deployed.
- Provide input to the training team as they develop new curriculum.
- Act as a continuous improvement consultant.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
