A cutting edge security company that services major event spaces all over the US (including Fenway Park) is doing a major overhaul of equipment internally and looking to hire a Help Desk Engineer to help with Tier I Help Desk tasks and laptop imaging on Windows/Mac over the next 3-6 weeks. The role is 5 days onsite in Waltham, so this person must be able to provide transportation to and from work.

- At least 1 year of experience doing help desk support
- Windows/Mac
- Imaging experience
- Office 365 a big plus
