Summary:
The OLEHENRIKSEN Social Media Marketing Team is responsible for storytelling and illustrating OLEHENRIKSEN'S content pillars through thumb-stopping, social-first digital experiences. As the social content coordinator, you'll have the incredible opportunity to work with our social marketing team to create fresh, innovative content for our social channels that brings OLEHENRIKSEN's brand DNA to life.
Qualifications:
- A highly driven, passionate, organized, and creative content specialist who is obsessed with social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest is a bonus!
- Ability to produce creative video and photo assets that are engaging and on theme with OLEHENRIKSEN'S aesthetic and style
- Capable of concepting, shooting, and editing quickly and independently
- Thrives off of creating content that genuinely connects with audiences; must have confidence in front of a camera
- Bold, creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is also has strong attention to detail and understands the nuances of social content
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to write and edit via commentary and community management articulating the brand "voice" in a creative, compelling, and witty manner
- Experience monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs and using data to understand and adjust social media strategy
- A strong passion for skincare
Responsibilities:
- Self-guided social content creation (from concepting to shooting to editing)
- Support social calendar management, responding/engaging with our OLEHENRIKSEN audience, and sourcing rights to repost content from external sources
- Provide ongoing social media reporting updates to the broader Marketing team
- Maintain the monthly social media calendar based on objectives and strategies of our wider team and Marketing calendar
- Edit content within TikTok/Instagram and/or external editing apps (audio, onscreen text, etc.) with a sense of urgency and high attention to detail
- Engage with OLEHENRIKSEN social community and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries
- Identify trends, opportunities, and ideas to support development of content strategy
- Monitor social media channels outside of standard work hours
- Support social shoot planning, including creating storyboards and mood boards, assisting with shoot logistics, fulfilling product needs, etc.
- Contribute to inventive social-first ideas within brainstorms or whenever asked for ad hoc ideas
- Source potential influencers and creators for team to partner with
- Identify opportunities to surprise, delight, and show our community members how much we appreciate them
- Support the 360 social plans for launches/activations
- Share community insights with marketing team and larger team when necessary (e.g. new techniques, new info about existing products, beauty trends, etc.)
