Required Qualifications:
Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
System and Technology Integration/Collaboration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases (query writing) and technology platforms.
Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as specifications, source to target mappings, guidelines or documents on standards, processes and applications.

Description of Responsibilities:
- Performs essential data analysis and works closely with the business clients to identify business requirements/issues in order to map out possible solutions. The mapping is used to develop the business case for action, defining the need, the method, and the benefits of proposed solutions.
- Serves as an liaison between the business clients and the development and other teams in the IT function.
- Delivers required solutions according to overall service levels and schedules on high priority projects.
- Collaborate with Onshore and Offshore teams.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of extensive experience as a Data Analyst
- Proficient in writing SQL queries
- Prior experience with implementation of reinsurance deals
- Working knowledge of Life and Annuity Business Lifecycle
- Hands on Data analysis experience in Annuity and Life data lifecycle regarding systematically collecting, cleaning, transforming, modeling, and interpreting data to gain insights and inform decision-making.
- Presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas and concepts relating to data analysis/modeling
