Day shift, Monday-Friday, holiday rotation

Office Manager requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Office experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• CDCA preferred
• Behavioral Health experience preffered
  
  
  

Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments
• Fielding calls
• Use of Microsoft Teams/Excel/Word
• Light cleaning duties
• May access protected health information (PHI) and other patient information only to the extent that is necessary to complete your job duties
• Participate in all staff meetings and trainings as scheduled
• Greet and Welcome ALL visitors. Ensure they are properly signed in and procedures in place are followed
