Medical Case Manager

Are you passionate about helping people? We are seeking a Case Manager in the Knoxville, TN area to join our team! This role is vital in providing support to applicants in need of assistance and ensuring a smooth intake and review process.

Job Summary

The Case Manager is the primary point of contact for all incoming applications for assistance. Responsibilities include gathering and verifying documentation such as medical records, work history, and income/expenses and entering data into our specialized system. This role requires strong communication skills, compassion, attention to detail, and experience with medical terminology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Intuitive and detail-oriented.
• Empathetic with a “caring heart”.
• Comfortable asking tough questions when necessary.
• Medical terminology experience (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.
