Position Summary/Objective
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and innovate our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. This position requires a professional with a proven track record in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, outlining customer journeys, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing content for maximum engagement and business growth.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the Digital Marketing Team, manage the Propelled Brands’ “On Your Behalf (OYB)” Social Media and Email Programs, Content Planning, SEO optimization initiatives, and actively engage with Propelled Brands’ franchisees.
Essential Functions
This position has direct supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, video conferencing, webinars, phones, photocopiers, printers, filing cabinets, shredding and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to walk, talk, see and hear. Must be able to lift up to must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, Exempt position of at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily during business days, out-of-the-area and overnight travel is expected based on individual job responsibilities. Some of the travel may occur on weekends or be international. Company events may include Summits and the Annual Conventions may also include travel. Travel is expected to be less than 20%.

Essential Functions
- Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives across all owned digital channels, websites, and automated funnels, from strategy to execution.
- Develop, manage, and execute a variety of digital content across all platforms (social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, etc.) to engage audiences and promote brand values. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Write and edit high-quality, engaging copy for digital platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and more. Ensure all copy reflects brand voice and speaks directly to the target audience, driving both engagement and conversions.
- Lead the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more).
- Utilize analytics tools to measure, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities using core KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for the strategic improvement of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee, develop, and optimize content for various blogs and websites using SEMrush, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
- Oversee and optimize content development for blogs, websites, social media posts, videos, email campaigns, and more to ensure they resonate with the target audience and align with brand guidelines.
- Strategize and collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience, including blogs, website updates, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns, ensuring adherence to the brand voice.
- Oversee the creation and management of monthly digital media content calendars for multiple brands, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize all social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to foster active and engaged communities and drive content engagement.
- Collaborate with the internal social media team to provide exceptional support and training to franchise owners and their staff, empowering them to implement effective digital and social media strategies at the local level, including reputation management.
- Maintain and refine social media team processes, including onboarding, center openings, closures, and community management.
- Manage relationships with key digital marketing vendors, ensuring productive partnerships and effective tool utilization.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve content effectiveness, lead generation, and customer retention efforts.
- Stay abreast of digital trends, test new tactics and channels, and implement cutting-edge strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Required Education And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a proven record of success in B2B and/or enterprise-level environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, content creation, and paid media strategies.
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other key digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, content management systems (CMS), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exceptional knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- HubSpot Marketing Certification or a similar certification
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on business outcomes and KPIs
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing and growing multiple owned media marketing channels and funnels.
- Proven track record of growing community, generating engagement, and producing leads organically (portfolio examples will be requested).
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including current trends and tools.
- Hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and conversion funnels.
- Experience in graphic design, copy content creation, and ad campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Competent writer capable of crafting engaging copy.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in campaign and timeline management.
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines, and quickly learn new digital marketing tools.
- Robust knowledge of HubSpot or other enterprise-level marketing automation platforms.
- Robust knowledge of Sprinklr or similar content management and scheduling platforms; certification is a plus (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Studio).
- Familiarity with key social media platforms, their algorithms, and management suites (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as SEMRush, Google Keywords, Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Google AdWords, or similar tools.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to listen and respond to people in a calm, thoughtful, and professional manner.
