Business Analyst Healthcare

Job Description

Infosys is seeking Business Analyst Healthcare . This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include managing HealthPlan applications Deployment aligned to Industry best practices and translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work package.

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience Optimization: Constantly iterate based on user feedback and analytics, updating and refining WalkMe solutions to ensure they’re intuitive, helpful, and aligned with user behavior.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test all implementations across multiple browsers and screen sizes to ensure smooth functionality and catch any issues before deployment.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track performance and engagement metrics for WalkMe content, providing regular reports and insights to Rebecca and other stakeholders
  
  

Required Qualifications

• The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience with healthcare domain.
• Experience in Project Planning and Strategy: Define project goals, timelines, and success criteria. This involves understanding the needs of different teams across the organization.
• Experience in Designing WalkMe Solutions: Build and configure WalkMe content—including walkthroughs, smart tips, launchers, and ShoutOuts—to improve user experience and streamline workflows across various platforms.
• Experience in jQuery and CSS Customization: Use jQuery to create custom rules and conditions for targeting elements on the page, as well as CSS to style and enhance the visual appearance of WalkMe content. This allows for more precise control and alignment with Aetna’s branding and user interface standards.

• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.
• Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.
  
  

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
