The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong background in operations, sales, and team development, committed to advancing safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Leadership:

Promote a strong safety culture across the division to ensure all operations are conducted safely. Maintain a focus on ongoing safety improvements and compliance with safety standards.

Operational Oversight

Manage the full scope of division operations, including sales, finance, human resources, and safety initiatives. Develop and implement operational strategies that support budget goals and drive growth.

Strategic Planning

Lead strategic planning efforts within the division to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness. Champion process improvement initiatives that optimize workflow and reduce inefficiencies.

Sales And Marketing

Drive the growth of sales by creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Build lasting relationships with clients to foster revenue growth and customer loyalty.

Team Leadership

Provide team leadership by offering development opportunities, conducting regular performance evaluations, and coaching staff to ensure high performance. Support the professional growth of each team member.

Collaboration

Work in partnership with regional and company-wide leadership to align divisional goals with the broader organizational strategy and values.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role overseeing operations.
  • Extensive experience in managing field services businesses.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management abilities, with experience in managing multiple projects and resources.
  • In-depth understanding of compliance requirements and government regulations.
  • Proven success in fiscal management, including budgeting and financial oversight.
  • Expertise in sales and marketing with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software tools.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
