Technical Sales Engineer Int’l Sales South America, Erie, PA. Org. sales meetings, prepare & deliver tech. present. selling & explain. separation, vibratory & magnetic separation, metal detection & mineral & materials proc. equip. in South Amer. Confer with customers, engineers & tech. staff to analyze, plan, modify & dev. prod. Config. & assess needs to size & select suitable mech. & process equip. Analyze & solve appl. probs & provide tech. assist. to customers.
Recommend appropriate equip for customer apps. Dev custom prods applying proprietary equip & prod. design, tech. & engin. Proc. to specific customer apps. Commission equip, assist customers solve probs. with installed equip. & train customers in use of equip. Coord. sales distrib., submission of tenders, compile quotes, evaluate sales targets, dev. KPIs, & monitor client pref. to determine focus of sales efforts. Bachelor Industrial Eng. Ability to explain engineering applications of equip. to Spanish speaking customers. Familiar with process optimization, layout design, & applying lean principles. Approx. 40% travel to customers in South America & attend trade shows. Ms. Stearns, Eriez Man.
