Role And Responsibilities

The following list contains the core roles and responsibilities of the Bookkeeper

  • Manage accounts payable and receivables multi-divisionally
  • Maintain vendor and client relationships
  • Maintain Balance sheet and enter new assets
  • Intake and process receipts and reimbursement expenses
  • Maintain online accounting software (QBO) to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with third party billers
  • Produce expense reports to CEO monthly and as requested
  • Coordinate with CPA and accountant for end of year taxes
  • Assist with tax audits and returns
  • Complete necessary tax forms and payments
  • Review payroll biweekly for accuracy and submit for processing
  • Create payroll reports

Skills And Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 4 years’ experience working in related field
  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks online, hubspot, slack, and Microsoft 365
  • Previous experience working with Rippling or similar payroll software
  • Detail oriented and organized

The Pay Range For This Role Is

22 - 28 USD per hour(Bend Headquarters)
