The Manager, Business Analysis will lead a team of analysts focused on sourcing, developing, and delivering comprehensive reports for large business customers. This role will oversee the reporting processes for the TFB-Care East and West Regions, ensuring high-quality, timely, and accurate reporting. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvements across the broader Customer Reporting team, with an emphasis on optimizing processes and maintaining stringent quality assurance standards.

The Manager will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence within the team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They will ensure that all reports are delivered on time, meet customer expectations, and align with organizational goals. This role requires a strong leadership presence to guide the team in meeting its objectives and achieving exceptional reporting outcomes for business clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with various teams across the T-Mobile to provide insights, analysis and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences.
  • Act as liaison and provide leadership for team and area of responsibility. Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development. Ability to see, account for, and coach others in the "big picture" as well as the details and to be able to tie initiatives to corporate goals.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-7 years Solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Experience managing a team of analytics or finance professionals (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science programming language (Preferred)
  • Telecommunication experience (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $99,700 - $179,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
