Position Summary
The Food Service Worker performs a variety of routine and repetitious duties related to washing dishes, utensils, pots and pans. May perform duties related to food production. The maintain the dishwashing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and safe condition and may also work in the cafeteria operating the cash register or run trays to rooms.

Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate as required for the position is required
- Some food service experience, preferably in a restaurant or institution, or other related experience is required
- Some knowledge of the care and use of institutional equipment and utensils is preferred
- Oregon Food Handler Card issued by an agency approved by Oregon Department of Health or a valid food manager training certificate is required
