Redline Air Inc is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior-Level HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial, industrial, and government facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including filter changes, duct cleaning, and refrigerant refills.
• Test HVAC/R systems for proper operation, pressure, and leaks using gauges and diagnostic tools.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity and repair or replace faulty wiring and components.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing technical training, including manufacturer-specific and OSHA safety training.
• Travel to various project sites (with per diem provided when necessary).
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC/R service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, air handlers, heat pumps, and geothermal systems.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA Certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
