Overview: Are you a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Accounts Payable and ERP systems? We are looking for a PeopleSoft Business Analyst to support our client’s financial systems, both legacy and next-gen as part of a major transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to be positioned directly with the client manager and make a visible impact in a high-profile modernization project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the PeopleSoft Payables system, including issue troubleshooting, PeopleTools upgrade testing, and assisting tech analysts with incoming requests.
• Support the Coupa Accounts Payable system and related modules (Invoicing, Suppliers, Coupa Pay).
• Serve as a Technology Analyst (TA) on the ERP Financials Modernization project, migrating from PeopleSoft Payables to Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables.
• Conduct detailed fit/gap analyses, define requirements, and contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, functional teams, and technology groups to ensure effective solutions and timely delivery.
  
  

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable processes and workflows.
• Strong background as a Finance Technology Analyst, particularly on large-scale ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, test, and implement ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - able to clearly articulate business needs and technical solutions.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with PeopleSoft Payables
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables
• Familiarity with Coupa (Procure-to-Pay - Invoicing, Suppliers, Coupa Pay)
