  • $24+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

Job Summary: The Building/Maintenance Technician will perform preventative and on-going general maintenance and repairs of club equipment and club facilities to include plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.

Essential Job Functions

  • Repair and upkeep of all cardio equipment, weight machines, tanning, and hydro massage beds, etc.
  • Mechanical systems repair and upkeep such as plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and electrical.
  • Facility upkeep, including painting and general handyman tasks.
  • Collaborate with management in coordinating external services for warranty issues, extensive repairs and inspections.
  • Execute annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance schedules for equipment and facility.
  • Provide +1 customer service to club managers addressing and resolving all facility and equipment issues within the scheduled agreed upon timeframe.
  • Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Complete weekly report for your region.
  • Work on special projects as necessary.
