Construct CRM helps bring sales online for the building products and materials industries. We are looking for someone to join our support team as a Contractor Success Manager. You will work with the Co-Founder and EVP of Contractor Success to conduct seamless onboardings and provide top-notch customer support.

The Role/ What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Own relationships with your accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive Success & Adoption: Help customers realize maximum value from our platform through expert product guidance, tailored workflows, and proactive engagement
  • Support & Problem-Solve: Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate cross-functional resolutions to keep customers happy and successful
  • Analyze & Act: Use customer usage data and health metrics to flag risk, guide outreach, and inform targeted success campaigns.
  • Streamline Internal Operations: Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to improve customer experiences and refine internal processes based on customer needs.
  • Thrive in a Startup Environment: Embrace change, wear multiple hats, and contribute ideas that help shape the future of the company and our customer success function.

  • Ability to work in person: No remote
