- keep management systems up to date with client
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- assist with resolving client issues, questions, and
- help with the preparation of reports and other
- perform all tasks related to Client Operations

Your expertise
- ideally 2 years of experience in client service,
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- proactive and organized
- detail oriented and value accuracy
- series 7 and 66 licenses preferred, not required
- proficient in Microsoft Office suite
