We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Advisor to join our Wealth Management Division. The Wealth Advisor will play a pivotal role in developing business, managing investments, and leading the Wealth Management team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, expand our service offerings and deliver enhanced value to our clients.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Advisor to join our Wealth Management Division. The Wealth Advisor will play a pivotal role in developing business, managing investments, and leading the Wealth Management team. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting market research, assessing the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth within the wealth management industry, and building financial projections.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Navigate regulatory frameworks, obtain necessary licenses and registrations, and develop robust compliance policies and procedures to safeguard the integrity and reputation of the organization.
- Support the wealth management group by assisting in marketing and business development efforts designed to attract new clients and grow assets under management.
- In conjunction with Marketing assist in the development of marketing strategies, promotional materials, and client communication channels to raise awareness of services and generate leads.
- Assist the team in cultivating relationships with prospective clients, referral sources, and strategic partners to expand the client base.
- Oversee the management of client relationships and partner with financial advisors to provide high-quality, personalized service to clients.
- Advise management on the selection of top performing ETFs by various asset classes for an approved list of potential client investments.
- Develop 4-6 asset allocation investment models ranging from conservative to aggressive growth utilizing ETFs from approved list. Identify ETF research and rating services.
- Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the performance and effectiveness of the business segment. Track key performance indicators, analyze business metrics, and generate regular reports to assess business growth, client satisfaction, and efficiency. Provide reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors and/or Trustees as requested.
- Complete all internal Bank training as assigned and required.
- Adhere to the Bank’s privacy and data security policies including but not limited to safeguarding of sensitive information and complying with relevant regulations to protect non-public information.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA or CFP) required.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related field, with a focus on investment services and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing the establishment and operation of investment firms, including knowledge of SEC and state securities regulations.
- Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients, colleagues, and regulatory authorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
