We serve a high-end residential market, delivering exceptional wood floors and staircase systems crafted in our state-of-the-art 19,000 sq. ft. workshop featuring a 5-axis CNC machine. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Build, assemble, and install custom staircases
• Operate workshop and installation tools and machinery safely
• Cut and shape wood and materials to precise specifications
• Verify structural dimensions to ensure accuracy
• Follow project blueprints, work orders, and client specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on-site and in the shop
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional carpentry experience required
• Prior experience in staircase building and/or installation preferred
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical work orders
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Must be physically capable of lifting 25 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check required
• Must be fluent in English
• Must adhere to a strict no alcohol, drug, or smoking policy on all job sites
• Personal tool box required
