Brilliant Electrical Supply is looking for an energetic, outgoing Business Development Rep to be the face of our company in the field. You’ll be talking with local NC businesses, making calls, and dropping in on new contacts—building relationships and creating opportunities. If you're someone who thrives on meeting people, staying active, and helping others find solutions, we’d love to meet you.
Note: This position will require regular day trips and occasional overnight travel to visit prospects, customers, job sites, and industry events/trade shows.

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to introduce our electrical supply solutions
- Visit potential clients face-to-face (and yes, donut drops are encouraged!)
- Build relationships with contractors, job site supervisors, facility managers, and procurement teams
- Represent our brand at community events and field visits
- Record your activity in our CRM and provide weekly pipeline updates
- Collaborate closely with inside sales and logistics to ensure service follow-through
- A high-energy, approachable personality
- Excellent communication skills and strong follow-through
- Confidence to walk into new places and strike up conversations
- A proactive, self-managed work style
- Background in sales, customer service, or construction trades a plus
