InGenesis is currently seeking a Registered Nurse / RN to work with our client. In this role, you will provide general nursing care to our patient population in a corrections facility. The shift we are hiring for is a rotating schedule, 9:30pm - 7:30am 4 days per week, must be available weekends. Schedule is subject to change depending on needs of the facility

Job Duties
- Provide professional nursing care.
- Observe symptoms, reactions, and progress.
- Administer medications.
- Provide immediate medical attention to emergencies.
- Perform specialized procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks.
- Serve as liaison with others in the organization.
- Oversees 'code blue' team and directs health care staff (hospital aides & LPNs) assigned to the area.
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Biennial renewal of licensure as a registered nurse.
- Current immunizations.
- Current BLS certification.
- Computer literate.
