We are a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionizing the Healthcare landscape. Our innovative platform is changing the way Medical/Health Practitioners work, and we're looking for a talented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

About The Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Maintaining the general ledger: Posting daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Accounts payable: Processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
• Accounts receivable: Managing customer accounts, issuing invoices, and collecting payments.
• Financial Analysis. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Month-end close: Assisting with the monthly closing process, preparing financial statements, and identifying any discrepancies.
• Financial reporting: Generating reports and analyses to support management decision-making.
• Process improvement. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices to help streamline and enhance efficiency.
• Assisting the Controller and CFO with various special projects.
• Staying up-to-date on accounting standards and regulations.
• Journal entries
• Month-end reconciliation
• Posting of cash
  
  

You're a Perfect Fit If You

• Have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, OR have a solid career path in accounting and/or bookkeeping.
• Thorough knowledge of double-entry accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
• Have experience working with accounting software QuickBooks online (will be transitioning to Dynamics later in the year).
• I am a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Are eager to learn and grow your accounting skills.

• Have experience in the SaaS industry.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
