Position Description
Highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, sales, accounting, marketing, AI, content creation, and executive support, with experience in the transportation and equipment industries. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Major Areas of Responsibility
- Executive Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and maintain records.
- Sales & Marketing Assistance: Support sales initiatives, assist with marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends.
- Accounting Duties: Perform minor bookkeeping, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting.
- AI & Content Creation: Utilize AI tools for automation, create engaging content, and manage digital assets.
- Industry-Specific Support: Provide insights into transportation and equipment sectors, liaise with vendors, and oversee logistics.
- Project Management: Organize events, track deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in executive administration
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years strong knowledge of sales, marketing, accounting, and administrative functions
- Experience in the transportation and/or equipment industries
- Familiarity with AI tools and content creation platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and consistent attendance/punctuality
- Ability to effectively analyze data, identifying trends/themes, and developing efficient solutions and alternatives
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive organizational and personnel information
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment while still completing independent work tasks/assignments
- Strong aptitude with technology including proficiency with basic computer programs, Microsoft Office Suite CRM software, and financial tools
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective and efficient solutions and alternatives
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with a diverse group
- Ability to meet all functional requirements including but not limited to: lifting, sitting, kneeling, standing, walking, bending, squatting, finger dexterity and reaching above/below shoulders
