This position serves as a first point of contact within the department, responsible for providing a high level of administrative and technical support and providing a high standard of customer service to internal and external customers. Duties include assisting in the preparation of new hire paperwork and new employee orientation, e.g., entering information online to confirm authorization to work; creating and printing employee badges; completing employment verifications; providing scheduling assistance and reserving rooms for meetings; and scanning documents as needed. Duties also include assisting with Open Records Requests; and creating Purchase Orders and direct disbursement payments as needed. A high school diploma, or equivalent; some college or additional relevant training; and two years of related experience, of which includes at least one year of experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel software programs, are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial.Â
PAY GRADE GG12 / FULL PAY RANGE $19.50 - $27.50 PER HOURÂ
