  • B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • BS+3 years of wet lab experience (academic or industry).
  • MS+1 years of wet lab experience (academic or industry).
  • Familiarity with molecular biology protocols such as DNA ligations, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and column cleanups.
  • Comfortable operating instrumentation such as HPLC or willing to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong hands-on aptitude and attention to detail in executing complex assays with precision and consistency
  • Proven ability to follow protocols accurately and troubleshoot experiments (with guidance)
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a flexible mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with oligo synthesis, solid-phase conjugations, or mass spectrometry.
  • Familiarity with bioconjugation or DNA labeling techniques.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or academic research lab.

Benefits and Perks:
