Location: Lakeland Florida, USA

Salary Range: $88,000 to $90,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the facility.
• Supervise nursing services personnel and ensure adherence to job descriptions and nursing standards.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure all nursing staff are performing duties according to acceptable standards.
• Address complaints and grievances from department personnel, ensuring appropriate reporting to the Director of Nursing Services.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience working in long-term care facilities.
