What are we looking for in a Business Analyst?

We are seeking a Business Analyst who brings strong skills in management, finance, research, and data analysis to help improve organizational operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, support software configuration and development, and serve as a liaison between the agency and technology vendors. This role requires both analytical thinking and strong communication to ensure software systems and operational practices are optimized to meet agency needs.The schedule for this role will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Business Analyst Duties May Include:

• Analyzing business and information needs in collaboration with leadership
• Assisting in the configuration and development of agency software applications
• Acting as a liaison with software vendors and communicating user requirements
• Recommending modifications to operational practices to enhance software use
• Providing Tier II technical support
• Developing training materials and delivering instruction to staff
• Creating and maintaining documentation to support agency processes
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, science, computer science, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of three years working with senior management or a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Certifications/Requirements:
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Food Worker Card
• Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Liability Insurance
• Driving Requirement: May involve occasional to regular agency-related driving, depending on responsibilities
