Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 / year

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Finance and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry. This is a hybrid role where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis.

What You'll Do

• Candidate must possess a deep understanding of the business operations and processes and be able to assess the impact of financial decision on the organization. They must have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and reports to provide insights and recommendation to management
• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, including executives and department leads. They must be able to present financial results and recommendation in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Adaptability – candidate must be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. They must be able to handle ambiguity and make decision quickly when necessary
• Build consistent and actionable management reporting tools and processes that provide visibility to key operational and financial performance metrics. This will require the ability to understand Balance sheet, Income statement & Operational KPI’s
• Support the transition to and the implementation of the systems and tools that will allow us to improve our ability to achieve our FP&A objectives. Supervise and utilize key FP&A applications and financial reporting tools
• Develop scalable and efficient financial processes that support the business goals while identifying opportunities to improve, scale and simplify finance tools and reporting across teams
• Prepare analyses and reports fort P&L owners on the economics of strategic initiatives for their area
• Regularly evaluate processes to ensure they are efficient, as automated as possible, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, or related field
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance and financial analysis is required, preferably in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles and experience working with accounting systems
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare organization
• A strategic thinker and tactical executor who can move an idea from concept to reality.
• Preferred experience with some or all of the following areas: Financial modeling, forecasting, budget, Managed care, capitation and risk management analytics, medical cost and revenue analytics
• Proficiency in financial modeling building out budget and forecast, as well as experienced using financial reporting tools and database (SQL)

• The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $90,000 - $105,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
