Are you a strategy-minded closer who thrives on pop culture, partnerships, and driving results?

We’re Hollywood Branded – a fast-paced, pop culture–obsessed agency specializing in product placement, celebrity endorsement, influencer partnerships, and more. And we’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, shape strategy, and take charge of outbound and inbound growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and mentor internal + freelance sales reps
• Lead strategic sales planning + execution
• Dive into cold outreach (email, phone, DMs—whatever works)
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns that convert
• Use trade shows to generate real leads
• Work magic in HubSpot and AI tools like ChatGPT

What You Bring:

• Proven sales success + leadership experience
• Strong writing + communication chops
• HubSpot fluency (no exceptions)
• Bold, curious mindset-cold outreach doesn’t scare you
• Pop culture passion + marketing savvy
• Bonus: experience in entertainment, media, or agency life

Comp: $78K–$93K + benefits, profit share, tech stipends, and the chance to be part of a dynamic, growing team.
