Systems Analyst – Onsite/Hybrid – Austin, TX

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

Eligibility: Must reside within 50 miles of Austin, TX and be a U.S. Citizen

Join the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) team as a Systems Analyst supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled business analyst with deep experience in financial modules and system integrations.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• 8 years as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• 8 years implementing Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
• 8 years gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with SMEs
• 8 years performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
• 4 years using Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• 2 years working with MS Teams in large team settings
  
  

Preferred Experience

• 4 years in a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
• 2 years working with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials system
• 2 years with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
• 2 years using SharePoint
• 1 year using Jira
• 1 year in Scrum framework environments
• 1 year with STAT
