Position Summary:
The Project Worker is responsible maintaining hard floor surfaces and carpet surfaces while maintaining cleanliness standards for assigned areas.

The Project Worker is responsible maintaining hard floor surfaces and carpet surfaces while maintaining cleanliness standards for assigned areas.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Strips, top scrubs and buffs floors as assigned.
- Maintains carpet cleanliness.
- Cleans corridors and elevators.
- Cleans furniture; upholstered and non-upholstered.
- Moves furniture as requested.
- High School Diploma.
- One to two years of floor care maintenance required.
- Extensive contact with McLaren Oakland visitors, patients, McLaren Oakland employees.
- Ability to use floor equipment and perform minor mechanical repairs on the equipment.
