Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
- Manage and support rehab staff including scheduling, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Track department metrics and contribute to facility goals
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in [State]
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
