Summary Of Job Description
The SCM Administrator performs highly confidential and sensitive activities on behalf of the SCM leadership team and the Sr. Vice President/Vice President. This position supports the SVP,SCM and this position’s direct reports with administrative duties, including: expense reports, travel and meeting scheduling. In addition, the SCM Administrator also administers, coordinates and participates in various SCM projects (i.e. leader’s conference), monitoring project status, budget, and resource utilization, and performs analysis as required.

Job Description
- Performs highly confidential and sensitive activities on behalf of the SCM leadership team and the Sr. Vice President/Vice President. Supports the SVP, SCM and the position’s direct reports with administrative duties. Handles invoice approval and payment and prepares expense reports. Administers, coordinates and participates in various SCM projects.
- Supports SCM projects by monitoring project status, budget, and resource utilization. Oversees the progress of multiple projects and identifies resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget. Communicates the status of projects to project leaders and stakeholders. Participates in projects and performs analysis as required.
- Schedules SCM Leadership Team meetings and Department meetings, ensuring participants have all necessary materials and preparing meeting notes and minutes. Drafts correspondence related to meeting summaries and agreements and follows up with the SCM Leadership Team.
- Acts as department lead for Corporate Events such as the annual Golf Tournament, Leaders Conference, and Suppliers Summit. Works with SCM leadership to solicit sponsorship and coordinate communication with suppliers and potential sponsors.
- Analyzes information as the basis for presentations and reports by the leadership team and assists in putting together presentations. Working with the SVP or VP, helps prepare presentation content, incorporating needed analytics and narrative.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
- Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious Inclusion training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious Inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of the position
- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
