Human Resources Generalist

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful HR Representative & Trainer to become an integral part of our growing HR team. This is a dual-function role that blends employee training and development with hands-on human resources support. You’ll be instrumental in creating a positive, productive workplace culture—equipping employees for success while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training programs that engage and empower our workforce
• Monitor training outcomes and suggest improvements for greater effectiveness and impact
• Track and maintain training records and employee development metrics
• Assist with recruitment efforts including candidate screening and interview coordination
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files
• Respond to employee questions related to policies, benefits, and procedures with professionalism and confidentiality
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal company policies
• Conduct and document internal workplace investigations with integrity, discretion, and attention to fairness
• Actively promote a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and ownership—reinforcing our employee-owned model and team-driven values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience; at least 1 year in employee training or onboarding preferred
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Salary $70 - 80,000 annually
