Position Summary

The Retail Allocations & Planning Specialist executes the deployment of inventory from our distribution center to our retail inventory.

This role also supports optimum inventory levels to maximize sales, overall productivity and profitability, ensuring limited out of stocks and communicating to cross-functional teams of inventory risk.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR Retail Allocations & Planning Specialist:

• You will maintain optimal store inventory levels for retail assortment and ensuring consistent size availability for core product as well as a constant flow of new product to the stores
• You will manage store and retail warehouse inventory levels based off of current product selling and future floorset needs-You will analyze new product selling in stores and recommend depth and breadth based on productivity
• Partnering with the merchandising and store teams, you will run size and color selling analysis to support future size and color buys
• Utilizing your reporting skills, you will pull data from multiple sources (Inventory Planner, Excel, Shopify, Toolio, etc.) to contribute to planning/buying decisions
  
  
  

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree preferred
• 1-2 years in a planning/allocations role
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and be solution oriented
• Collaborative team player with a passion for the industry
  
  
  

SALARY BANDING: 72-78k
