Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Prepare Memorandum of Costs, Request for Dismissal, Demand for Jury Fees
• Drafting Deposition Notices and Subpoenas
• Prepare Discovery Responses
• Form Interrogatories
• Special Interrogatories
• Request for Production of Documents
• Request for Admissions
• Coordinate with expert to produce documents needed for reports
• Summarizing Responses to Interrogatories, Medical Records, Billing Records, Employment Records
• Indexing, cataloging and organizing discovery prior to trial, organizing trial binders
• Preparing page line summaries (indexing) depositions prior to trial
