  • Provide oversight and lead all clinical staff.
  • Supervise individual and group counseling, implement treatment modalities/process
  • Assure high quality clinical care is provided to ensure clinical functions are integrated
  • Responsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.

Salary range: $34.77 - 46.93 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
  • State Licensure - Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling license
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
  • Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
  • Inpatient healthcare experience.
  • Prior management experience.
