Responsibilities
- Perform analysis to evaluate product quality, operations, and processes according to Quality Management System requirements.
- Apply knowledge of aerospace design to conduct failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components.
- Train and mentor colleagues on Quality Management System practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis on nonconformances to prevent reoccurrence.
- Develop, modify, and document actions for effective problem resolution.
- Obtain corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes.
- Negotiate concurrence for preventive/corrective actions, prioritize quality activities, and ensure problem resolution.
- Review corrective action plans for completion effectiveness.
- Approve Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance products/processes.
- Guide validation of configuration management, quality procedures, and material review policies.
