As a Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our services. You’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring our high standards of care and inclusion continue to thrive. What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff, including training.
- Monitor daily and monthly documentation.
- Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff.
- Attend meetings with service coordinators.
- Maintain open communication with Regional Center and service coordinators.
- Ensure our services meet compliance standards and exceed quality expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive innovative, person-centered solutions.
- Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Visit sites regularly to engage with staff and ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop employee recognition and retention strategies, fostering a motivated, inclusive team culture.
- Cover open shifts if necessary.
- Communicate with, and monitor staff to ensure the quality of care.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field; OR at least 2 years of proven leadership experience in human services, especially in the developmental disabilities field.
- Passion for helping others, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Flexible schedule.
- Leadership and/or management experience.
- The ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal drive and resilience.
- The ability to support others and work as an effective team.
- A track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting goals, and leading teams to success.
- An understanding of regulations and compliance standards in the developmental disabilities sector.
- Willingness to travel within your designated region.
- Valid driver’s license (only if applicable to the position)
- Experience with developmentally disabled adults/children (preferred).
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Competitive compensation: $25 - $33 per hour (Depending on experience)
