Gibian LLC is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent to join our team and lead the successful execution of commercial construction projects across PA, NJ, NY, and MD. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all jobsite operations including subcontractor coordination, deliveries, inspections, and safety compliance
• Supervise interior fit-out projects and coordinate trades to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Travel to project locations (PA, NJ, NY, MD) with overnight stays as needed (typically Monday-Thursday)
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and blueprints with accuracy
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to schedules
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Work flexible hours including second/third shifts or weekends as project needs dictate
• Use computer software for scheduling, reporting, and communication
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction supervision or management
• Experience in commercial interior fit-outs; ground-up experience is a plus
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using job site software
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently

Work Schedule
