As a critical member of the team, you will help drive performance improvements and enhance supply chain visibility through detailed reporting, analysis, and collaboration with both the DC network and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily reporting and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy and consistency with established measurement criteria.
- Oversee the month-end consolidation and reporting process for the Centers, including operational and performance metrics, as well as supply chain expenditures across the network.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Center network and corporate business partners, facilitating communication on changing production needs and priorities.
- Conduct in-depth operational and financial analysis of supply chain and Distribution Center initiatives to improve decision-making. This may include analyses such as sensitivity analysis, ROI, NPV, payback period, break-even analysis, and lease vs. buy evaluations.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the team, focusing on increasing efficiency, deepening insights, and enhancing the accuracy of reporting and analysis.
