GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week.

Location: Beddy’s offices; 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201 South Jordan, UT 84009. Must live in Utah. This position requires to be in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Work remote on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay: Dependent upon experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Consult with Sr. Director, Brand Management and Sr. Graphic Designer/Creative Lead to create compelling and engaging designs that reflect the brand

·      Take direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, templates, and other designs

·      Contribute/design aesthetics for the company, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and website design.

·      Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to create cohesive, brand-specific collateral

·      Ensure a cohesive brand image throughout all collateral

·      Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

·      Implement and monitor brand and style guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

·      Hustle and exceptional work ethic are a must

·      2+ years in professional graphic design

·      Proficient experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

·      Understanding of file preparation and basic HTML & CSS languages

·      Adaptive design eye and skill

·      Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Strong visualization and mock-up skills are necessary

·      Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
