Select Senior Living is dedicated to providing high-quality care and enriching the lives of our residents. We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team with fresh ideas and a collaborative approach to work with an outstanding team to ensure compassion, person-centered care that enhances a quality of life for our seniors.
The facility residents are active and interested in their community. The building capacity is 87 units with one 14-bed memory care unit. There is an after-hour and weekend triage nurse to assist the DON in off hour management.
This position is a full-time, Monday - Friday position, with full medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.

Required Qualifications
Range is $95,000 to $105,000

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- MN Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Good computer software skills
- Skill in recognizing physical, mental, and emotional needs of clients
- Ability to exhibit professional behavior and attitudes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Federal, State, and Local regulations and nursing standards that pertains to Assisted Living
- Must be able to handle stress, and be calm under pressure
- Current First Aid, CPR and AED trainee
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license. Driving may be necessary.
- Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs. or more and to meet all physical requirements related to this position.
- Able to respond to emergency calls, and work on call as necessary
- Experience in working with older adults.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
Range is $95,000 to $105,000
