• Proven leadership experience in a production or operations setting
• Comfortable making important decisions quickly and confidently under pressure
• Constant drive and mindset to improve process, not just maintain
• Ability to lead from the front, hold teams accountable, and keep momentum high
• Thrive under pressure and push through adversity with urgency and focus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Automotive knowledge is a bonus, but not required—attitude and work ethic come first
