Qualifications

  • Previous benefits administration experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer-literate and ability to learn Company software
  • Experience in Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile monthly insurance billings for employees on leave
  • Communicate all benefits changes with payroll
  • Weekly review and communication of new hire benefit elections
  • Handles all unemployment cases
  • Manage FSA/HSA accounts and contributions
  • Conduct semi-annual file audits in benefits and payroll systems
  • Ensure ACA compliance as reported on the payroll system
  • Advocate for employees with insurance carriers when issues arise
  • Assist employees with life events
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate and employees during open enrollment
