About The Role
The Chief of Staff will be responsible for organizing activities of the firm for strategic initiatives/priorities and the planning/execution of projects for prioritized initiatives. The role will also serve as primary support to the COO and CEO.

About The Role
The Chief of Staff will be responsible for organizing activities of the firm for strategic initiatives/priorities and the planning/execution of projects for prioritized initiatives. The role will also serve as primary support to the COO and CEO.
What You'll Do
- Develop a process to consolidate all projects (active and in flight / concepts-needs) and develop an inventory/prioritization process to determine what will be worked on and when.
- Project management (planning, establish milestones/timelines and deliverables) and ensure sound execution and implementation of prioritized initiatives and projects.
- Determine KPI’s in partnership with project owner and leadership team.
- Assistant the COO with firmwide initiatives, oversight and tracking.
- Assist with preparation and execution of Board materials.
- Create & maintain a forward-looking calendar for the firm to help plan/organize critical activities and upcoming initiatives (ex: board meetings, regulatory initiatives, business development, system implementation etc.)
- Assistance with calendar management and scheduling.
- Other duties as assigned.
- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Project management certification preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of securities industry and / or trust company experience
- Program / Project Management experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player able to manage complex and difficult issues throughout the firm.
- Exhibit a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communicator across all levels of the firm.
- Proven ability to manage complexity and solve problems in an efficient and effective manner.
- Planning and organizing activities required to proactively manage all aspects of a program and multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to be flexible and have an agile approach while managing multiple workstreams/projects.
- Exhibits a strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
