Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide patient care and support in a diverse community health setting.
- Perform patient care activities, document accurately, and support clinical workflows to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Participate in clinical initiatives, continuous improvement, and team collaboration, including LEAN/HONSHA training.
- Supervise staff, build positive relationships, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications include a California LVN license, 3+ years of ambulatory care experience preferred, and CPR certification.
