Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7a-12:30p

University Phyisicians Association is looking for a part-time patient service rep for University Cancer Specialists, a busy speciality practice located within the UT Medical Center.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7a-12:30p
Patient Service Representative Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a friendly and timely manner
- Document scanning into electronic health record
- Coordinate with front desk and medical staff to manage patient flow
- Assist patients with elevator entry/exit if needed
- Confirm appointment information and direct patients to the correct department, floor, or waiting area
- Monitor elevator area for patient safety, comfort, and cleanliness
- Provide accurate and timely information about clinic hours, department locations, and general inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered mindset
- Familiarity with HIPAA and maintaining patient confidentiality
